Parents and Students love Fireside!
My daughter is having a great time in class. Hunt and Peck is such a fun way to learn the foundations.
Lisa Mangan, parent
We loved Ukulele classes, the program is well organized, very engaging with useful supplemental materials and Jennifer is a great teacher. We hope to continue the music in our house!
Giedre Kere, parent
My daughter has been taking the on-line ukulele classes and loves them! The clapping and jumping activities make it really easy and fun for her to learn and help keep her interested and engaged.
Kari Mull, parent
My daughter loves ukulele class! The creative lessons keep her moving and learning, even on Zoom! These lessons allow her to continue to develop musically, stay connected with a good friend who also takes lessons, and get her energy out in a productive way. We love hearing her play!
Tara White, parent
My son loves these music classes! And I love the fact that he gets to learn and jump at the same time. He’s a lot more enthusiastic about learning when he can move around!
Jennifer Ripley, parent
One of the best parts of ukulele classes is jumping and counting!
Abby Hollenbeck, student
My children (8 and 6 years old) come home knowing how to play the ukulele, keyboard, and read music. This is not your run of the mill music class!!
Larissa Berson, parent
Great teacher and great class!!!
Sharon Walsh Sabra, parent
I just finished the 8 week adult class. I had a great time! Learning the ukulele is actually quite easy. Anyone can learn the basic chords and notes. Because I brought a ukulele into our home, all of my kids have now started learning it as well. They just pick it up and start strumming their favorite songs. I'm looking forward to sitting around the campfire this summer, singing along to songs we learned. All of us will definitely keep playing! Thanks Jen!

Teachers love us too!
The Fireside music system is the most fun and engaging method I’ve found to teach note names!
Carol Fonicello, Middle and High School Band Teacher, 36 years
Explaining sharps, flats and naturals to beginning students has always been a challenge. But with Fireside’s mats, they understand in minutes!
Jane Postovoit, Middle School Orchestra Teacher, 19 years
My second graders loved The Carrot the Dog the Egg and the Frog – even the boys!
Hallie Sorensen, Elementary School General Music Teacher, 38 years
“I used the book, mat and game with my two youngest students and they loved it!
Susannah Bryan, Orchestra and private string teacher, 27 years
